Our Refusal to Issue Grounds of Appeal service is designed to help families navigate the complex process of obtaining an Education, Health and Care Plan. We will use all the reports, letters, emails and documents written during the EHCNA process to prove that your child/young person needs an Education, Health and Care Plan. Our focus is on your child/young person’s Special Educational Needs and what Special Educational Provisions they need to support them.
