Lyndsay has helped us from our very first support call, our application for our sons EHCP needs assessment, 2 lots of appeal paperwork, attending a meeting at school with me, and now finally our EHCP draft check. 
This process is not an easy ride, it can be long and exhausting, but knowing that Lyndsay is on side and ready to help literally takes a weight off my shoulders. Her knowledge and ability to complete all of our paperwork to the highest standard has been invaluable.
